My name is Michelle. I'm a flexible, adaptable, focused, and collaborative team player with expertise in relationship-building, customer success, account management, client onboarding, sales, marketing, and communication with strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledgeable in CRM tools such as Salesforce, project management tools (Jira and Asana), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

I'm a Jill-of-All-Trades (although we have collectively re-branded ourselves as "Multipotentialites"). Don't know what a Multipotentialite is? It’s someone with many interests, passions, & creative pursuits who has a hard time picking just one.

I’ve worked on marketing campaigns for all kinds of products for companies large and small. I’ve managed eCommerce assets for one of the top organic energy bar producers, and built visually appealing email and social media campaigns for well-known fashion companies.

I am a passionate people-person, and I love building and sustaining relationships with key partners, and continuously looking for ways to improve the way we work together. I understand the importance of listening to, relating to, and understanding clients and their needs to make them feel comfortable and establish a base of trust.

Throughout my previous roles, I’ve learned how to collaborate with clients as well as internal teams to find solutions to problems, and how to stay organized while juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
